Humber, Ford & Stoke Prior Neighbourhood Development Plan is overseen by a Steering Committee, appointed by the Group Parish Council.
In September 2013 the Group Parish Council voted unanimously to embark on a Plan, and set up a Steering Committee, consisting of councillors and other residents, supported by the Clerk, to construct the Plan and see it through to adoption. NDP Steering Committee terms of reference

Members of the public and press are entitled to attend as observers, and are very welcome. In accordance with the Council’s Standing Order 8, members of the public may take part in the meeting during the time set aside for public participation, giving an opportunity to address the Committee.
