Following the resignation of Cllr. Zoe Burge (Risbury, Humber Parish) a co-option was held to replace Cllr. Burge. Mrs Anne Grace of Steens Bridge was the only applicant for the position and at the Council meeting held on 1 February 2023 Mrs Grace was interviewed. Following the interview Council held a ballot and Mrs Grace was unanimously elected and joined the Council representing Humber Parish.
