Council Meetings 2020-21

Planning Committee meeting 7pm Wednesday 3rd February 2021.

The Planning Committee will meet to discuss and comment on current planning cases (to be determined by Herefordshire Council).  The meeting will be held using Zoom videoconferencing and members of the public and media are welcome to attend.

To join the meeting visit the Zoom website (https://zoom.us) and go to “Join a meeting” at the top banner.  You will then be asked for a meeting ID and passcode.  For this meeting these details are –

The cases to be discussed are listed in the meeting agenda (below) and further details can be found on the Herefordshire planning website.  To find papers relating to the restricted byway order proposed for Normans Lane, Stoke Prior, use the search function on the Herefordshire Council homepage and enter “SP34”.  The papers relating to this order will be displayed.

Annual Council meeting 20 May 2020

The Annual meeting of the Council scheduled for Wednesday 20 May 2020 was cancelled because of the Coronavirus emergency.  Under Regulations approved by government on 4 April 2020, the requirement to hold this year’s Annual Meeting in May has been waived, and the Chairman, vice-Chairman, committees and parish officers are all deemed to continue in office until May 2021 or until the Council meets to determine otherwise.
